My name is Rachel Quesada and I am the founder of Venatus Strength and Conditioning. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and have a passion for helping athletes of all kinds reach new levels of excellence. I fully believe in the power of perseverance and hard work and as a strength coach have worked with college athletes, Soldiers, weekend warriors, and even stay at home moms as they changed their lives through a commitment to health and fitness.
My own commitment to health and fitness was nurtured by playing competitive sports and four years of collegiate soccer. Following college I spent 2.5 years coaching college soccer before beginning work with the Army. I spent six of the last 12 years working with the Army’s military athletes helping to found Fort Bragg’s Soldier Performance Enhancement Program and working as the first race director for the All-American Marathon and Mike-to-Mike Half Marathon. As a former military spouse and a mother of four, my widely varied experiences makes me uniquely qualified to understand the many different challenges of life and sport.
Venatus Strength and Conditioning is founded on the belief that anyone is capable of anything if they are willing to work hard enough for it.
