Chin Ups

To perform chin-ups correctly follow the techniques in the video and description below.

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an underhand grip.
  2. Keeping the abs and glutes contracted, pull yourself up until your chin is above the pull-up bar.
  3. Lower yourself with control to the fully extended, or ‘dead hang’, position.
