Hip Press, Single Leg Hip Press
These exercises will typically be performed separate of each other. For correct technique see the video and description below.
- Lay flat on your back with the knees up and feet flat on the floor.
- Press the hips up as high as possible while squeezing the glutes.
- Lower almost to the ground and repeat.
- To do with a single leg follow the instructions above but keep one leg in the air throughout the movement.
