Hip Press, Single Leg Hip Press

These exercises will typically be performed separate of each other.  For correct technique see the video and description below.

  1. Lay flat on your back with the knees up and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Press the hips up as high as possible while squeezing the glutes.
  3. Lower almost to the ground and repeat.
  4. To do with a single leg follow the instructions above but keep one leg in the air throughout the movement.
