KB Alligator Walks
This exercise can be completed using dumbbells or kettlebells. It can also be completed with or without a push-up. To see the push-up modified version of alligator walks see the video and description below.
- Get into a staggered push-up position with the weights in each hand.
- Complete a push-up then bring the back weight forward and complete another push-up.
- Repeat for the prescribed reps or distance.
