The man-maker is a great combination exercise and is not for the faint of heart. It combines a renegade row, clean, and press. The man-maker can be completed with kettlebells, dumbbells, and even modified for use with a barbell. To perform the exercise with kettlebells see the video and description below.
- Start in the push-up position on top of two kettlebells.
- Perform a push-up-row sequence on each side the jump the feet to the outside of the kettlebells and position the body in preparation to swing the bells.
- Clean the kettlebells up and press overhead then return to the push-up position and repeat.
