KB Man-maker

The man-maker is a great combination exercise and is not for the faint of heart.  It combines a renegade row, clean, and press.  The man-maker can be completed with kettlebells, dumbbells, and even modified for use with a barbell.  To perform the exercise with kettlebells see the video and description below.

  1. Start in the push-up position on top of two kettlebells.
  2. Perform a push-up-row sequence on each side the jump the feet to the outside of the kettlebells and position the body in preparation to swing the bells.
  3. Clean the kettlebells up and press overhead then return to the push-up position and repeat.
