KB Renegade Row

The renegade row is a push-up, row combo that can be completed using kettlebells or dumbbells.  To complete the exercise correctly see the video and description below.

  1.  Position in push-up position with the weights in your hands.  Position the feet with a wider than normal position to ensure limited hip rotation during the row portion of the movement.
  2. Complete one push-up then pull the right side weight straight up keeping the elbow close to the body and return it to the ground.
  3. Complete a second push-up then pull the left side weight straight up keeping the elbow close to the body and return it to the ground.
