To perform the exercise correctly see the video and description below.

  1. Place a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells in the hands and get into the push-up position.
  2. Position the feet wider than normal to ensure the hips stay straight during the movement.
  3. Keeping the elbow close to the body pull one kettlebell up until the elbow is just past in the back of the back.
  4. Return the kettlebell back to the ground and repeat on the opposite side.
