- Place a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells in the hands and get into the push-up position.
- Position the feet wider than normal to ensure the hips stay straight during the movement.
- Keeping the elbow close to the body pull one kettlebell up until the elbow is just past in the back of the back.
- Return the kettlebell back to the ground and repeat on the opposite side.
