Squat Jump

To perform this exercise correctly see the video and description below.

  1. Stand with the toes forward and feet slightly wider than hip width apart.
  2. Hinge at the hip to squat down while swinging the arms back.
  3. Swing the arms up while jumping straight up as high as possible.
  4. Land on both feet and absorb the landing by squatting back.
  5. Perform one at a time or repeat by jumping straight back up after landing.
