- Stand with the toes forward and feet slightly wider than hip width apart.
- Hinge at the hip to squat down while swinging the arms back.
- Swing the arms up while jumping straight up as high as possible.
- Land on both feet and absorb the landing by squatting back.
- Perform one at a time or repeat by jumping straight back up after landing.
