Traveling Tarzan Pull-ups

To perform this exercise correctly see the video and description below.

  1. Grab a pull-up bar one hand with an overhand grip and one hand with an underhand grip.
  2. Pull-up to one side of the pull-up bar then swing one arm in front of the other at least two times on the pull-up bar.
  3. Pull-up on the other side.
