TRX Bicycle

To perform the exercise correctly see the video and description below.  For more information on the set-up and use of the TRX see our TRX Tips page.

  1. Set-up the TRX with the handles about 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Get into the TRX in the prone position then raise yourself up to the push up position
  3. Holding the torso stationary, alternate pulling your knees to your chest.
  4. Repeat as prescribed.
