TRX Elbows to Hands

To perform this exercise correctly see the video and description below.  For more information on the use and set-up of the TRX see our TRX Tips page.

  1. Set-up the TRX with the handles 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Get into the TRX in the prone position then raise yourself onto your elbows in the plank position.
  3. One arm at a time raise yourself from your elbows up to your hands then back down again.
  4. Repeat as necessary alternating which side rises up first.
