TRX Elbows to Hands

- Set-up the TRX with the handles 6-12 inches from the ground.
- Get into the TRX in the prone position then raise yourself onto your elbows in the plank position.
- One arm at a time raise yourself from your elbows up to your hands then back down again.
- Repeat as necessary alternating which side rises up first.
