TRX Knees to Chest

- Set up the TRX with the handles 6-12 inches from the ground.
- Get into the TRX in the prone position then raise yourself up to the push-up position.
- Keep the hands positioned under the shoulder and pull the knees up to the chest.
- With control return the legs to the start position.
