TRX Knees to Chest

To perform the exercise correctly see the video and description below.  For more information on set-up and use of the TRX see our TRX Tips page.

  1. Set up the TRX with the handles 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Get into the TRX in the prone position then raise yourself up to the push-up position.
  3. Keep the hands positioned under the shoulder and pull the knees up to the chest.
  4. With control return the legs to the start position.
