TRX Leg Extension

- Set-up the TRX in single handle mode approximately 6-12 inches from the ground.
- Placing one foot in the TRX start in the prone position then rise up to the push-up position.
- Bend the knee of the leg that is in the TRX until it is just above the ground.
- Keep the rest of the body straight and straighten the bent knee till fully extended before lowering back to the start position.
