TRX Leg Extension

To perform this exercise correctly see the video and description below.  For more information on set-up and use of the TRX see our TRX Tips page.

  1. Set-up the TRX in single handle mode approximately 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Placing one foot in the TRX start in the prone position then rise up to the push-up position.
  3. Bend the knee of the leg that is in the TRX until it is just above the ground.
  4. Keep the rest of the body straight and straighten the bent knee till fully extended before lowering back to the start position.
