TRX Pendulum

  1. Set-up the TRX approximately 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Get into the prone TRX position then push up to the push-up position.
  3. Keeping the body straight begin swinging the legs side to side using the hips as a hinge point.  The movement will be similar to the pendulum on a clock.
