TRX Push-up

To perform this exercise correctly see the video and description below.  For more information on the set-up and use of the TRX see our TRX Tips page.

  1. Set-up the TRX with the stirrups 6-12 inches from the ground.
  2. Get into the TRX in the prone position.
  3. Push yourself up to your hands and into the push-up position.
  4. Lower your chest to the ground and push back up to the start position.
